2016年於香港成立的初創公司。專注於設計，生產，銷售旅遊文化產品。目前公司主力推廣的產品為具有地方文化特色的音樂盒。
2016年、一馬平川有限公司を設立。香港シャンワンに本店を開始し、観光グッズの販売を開始。常に創意工夫をおこたらず、オルゴールのデザインも生産にも専心する。
